Obama Admin Cites Int’l Permission, Not Congress, As Legal Basis For Action In Syria

I am not sure I understand why so many people are outraged over this. I can understand someone being upset, or maybe even disagreeing to a certain extent, but the outrage/fall-out has been mind-boggling.
